Master Music Theory Basics with Unit 1 Bundle

Are you or your students just starting to learn music theory? The early steps can feel overwhelming without the right support. Learning note names, understanding the keyboard, and making sense of accidentals all become much easier when students have a clear path to follow.

That is exactly why I created my Music Theory Unit 1 Bundle.

This bundle is designed for absolute beginners and works well for classroom teaching, private lessons, homeschool learning, or independent study. It also pairs with my free YouTube video series, making it easy to combine worksheets, direct instruction, and review.

What Is Included in the Bundle?

This bundle includes the first four lessons in my music theory series:

  • Lesson 1: the musical alphabet, piano keyboard, and clefs
  • Lesson 2: middle C, ledger lines, and the grand staff
  • Lesson 3: accidentals, semitones, whole tones, and enharmonic equivalents
  • Lesson 4: Notes, Rests and Time Signatures (2/4, 3/4, 4/4)

Together, these lessons give students a strong introduction to the basic concepts they need before moving into more advanced theory.

Why This Bundle Works Well for Beginners

One of the biggest strengths of this bundle is its sequence. Each lesson builds naturally on the one before it, so students are not being asked to learn disconnected concepts all at once.

This bundle also includes:

  • worksheets for guided practice
  • answer keys for easy checking
  • concepts that align with my YouTube tutorials for extra support

As a result, it works well for teachers who want ready-to-use materials, parents supporting a beginner, or students learning on their own.

A Strong Starting Point for Music Theory

If you want to help beginners build confidence in note reading, keyboard awareness, and foundational theory concepts, this bundle is a great place to start.

Because the lessons are structured and easy to follow, students can build understanding step by step instead of feeling overwhelmed by too much information at once.

Pair It with the Video Tutorial

To make the bundle even more useful, I have also created a free YouTube video tutorial that walks through the concepts visually.

You can use it for:

  • classroom reinforcement
  • homework review
  • flipped learning
  • extra support for independent learners
